Dr. Zahava Taragin, Psy.D, BCBA, NCSP is a Doctor of Psychology, FL Licensed School Psychologist, Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), a NJ and FL Certified School Psychologist as well as a Nationally Certified School Psychologist (NCSP). She received her magna cum laude bachelor's degree from SUNY Empire State College and her master's degree, certificate of advanced graduate study and doctorate from Georgian Court University. Dr. Taragin is a member of Psi Chi, an international honor society for psychology. Dr. Taragin is also PREPaRE WS1 Certified in school safety crisis prevention and preparedness. 

Dr. Taragin published her dissertation titled, “Home Sweet Home: The Moderating Role of Home Involvement on Gender and Parental Self-Stigma”. Dr. Taragin has received the Honorable Mention Award in Georgian Court University's School Psychology Psy.D Program for academic excellence. Dr. Taragin received clinical training from the Vanderbilt Kennedy Center on the Autism Diagnostic Observation Schedule (ADOS-2), the gold standard for ASD assessment. 

Dr. Taragin has a strong track record in providing targeted support across social-emotional, behavioral, and academic domains. She is skilled in leading multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement data-driven plans that foster growth and success. She dedicates her efforts on proactive collaboration, utilizing diverse perspectives, and ensuring effective, evidence-based solutions to child development.
